A the sceince musuem of minnesota there is a river towboat exhibit.
There is also a simulator, where you can drive a virtual towboat
up the river. (pushing 9 barges, you have to anticipate corners
1/2 mile ahead).
The simulator is 'Courtisy of SGI' and it says 'SGI Octane computers
supplied by SGI' on the outside.
It looks like it might be a performer app, but I don't know how to tell.
Most interesting, a musuem volinteer was rebooting it when I was there,
and it had the RedHat 6.1 Enlightenment desktop up. (usually all you
see is the app.)
My question is: Does anyone know anything about it? It sure would
be nice to play with at home.
