Howdy,
A lot of the RapidApp developed apps can be easily converted for reading
into ICS BuilderXcessory v5.0.7 (BX), since RapidApp is basically an SGI
customized version of BX v.3
Since the code generation was changed in RapidApp v1.2, make sure that
your projects have been read and then saved with before moving to BX.

Although the latest version of BX has good support for Open Inventor
components, like RapidApp does, I am still looking for an excuse to create
some for Performer. It would not be hard, it's just that nobody has asked for
them yet.
(If there is enough interest, it will be easier to convince my boss.)
Although it does not cover all of the stuff in Rogue Wave tools, a lot of the
pre-STL things have allegories in the new C++ standard libs/headers, at
least in my (somewhat) dated version of RogueWave.
Finally, Motif and ViewKit are freely available under Linux, which might
help the effort.
