Yes, that was it! Thank you!
I was using this:
static int FBAttrs[] = {
PFFB_STEREO,
PFFB_RGBA,
PFFB_DOUBLEBUFFER,
None,
};
I found in an example this:
static int FBAttrs[] = {
PFFB_RGBA,
PFFB_DOUBLEBUFFER,
PFFB_STEREO,
PFFB_DEPTH_SIZE, 23,
PFFB_RED_SIZE, 1,
PFFB_STENCIL_SIZE, 1,
None,
};
So I replaced it, and all's well.
But, on a more general note- I have to admit I was a bit stumped about the
correct values to put in there. How do I know that "23" is a good
size for all SGIs? What about Linux? The man page for glXChooseVisual, the
best thing I could find, says:
GLX_DEPTH_SIZE Must be followed by a nonnegative minimum size
specification. If this value is zero, visuals with
no depth buffer are preferred. Otherwise, the
largest available depth buffer of at least the
minimum size is preferred.
Which seemed a bit vague.
Any pointers how to best set these values?
