3D Widgets, Draggers, and Manipulators

I heard once that someone had developed 3D widgets in performer, but I
haven't been able to find them. Does anyone know where I can find a library
of these that I can use? What I want is something like the Inventor
draggers and manipulators. I want to be able to select a 3D object and move
it around. As it moves, it calls a callback function passing it the
position of the object.

If anyone has any info on these, I would love to hear it.
