The stats will print this if Performer can't determine the monitor
refresh rate for some reason. Set the PFNFYLEVEL to 5 (PFNFY_DEBUG)
and look for either 'Query of swap buffer rate returns'... or 'Taking
median of (xxx) video rate samples'..., this might give some clues.
