So they are promising drivers in the future. Intense3D recently got
bought by 3DLabs, or at least they've entered into an agreement to the
same. I'm not sure how important Linux is for 3DLabs.
There are a number of higher end PC cards with genlock but I haven't
seen one actually use this on Linux yet, then again I'm not high on
their NDA list :-). Windows is still by far the more important platform
for all of the IHV's, hence the driver & feature lag for linux.
