I have a few questions that I hope the Performer guys will answer.
1. I hear that Mongoose will be supporting the Itanium/IA-64/Merced platform. Will this be at the expense of the IA-32 build.
2. Will the Itanium build be MP, and if so, will it have shared arenas.
3. 3DFX are bringing out the Voodoo4/5 with hardware antialiasing. Will this run straight off with Performer ( the AA that is ). I am aware that Brian Paul has just put supprt for AA in Mesa. Is this all that is necessary.
4. Is there going to be any pay/contractual support options for Performer, especially when running on non SGI boxes.
It would be very helpful if these q's could be answered so that we can make decisions on where to go.
