I think you will have to create the mipmap levels yourself. I.e. disable the
GENERATE_MIPMAP flag of the pfTexture, and supply the mipmap levels with setLevel.
Creating them is fairly easy since every pixel of a certain level=n is an average
of 4 pixels in level=(n-1)
