hey,

Although this isn't exactly germane to performer per se, I'm
posting here because all other avenues have come up dead end.

I'm interested in running a GeForce or Quadro card with Performer
on Linux. Unfortunately, the GLX implementation for NVidia is
poor at best for GeForce and flat doesn't work for Quadro. Is there
any new information on the NVidia/SGI/VA Linux driver for NVidia
chips:

Any comment from the SGI guys?

P.S. I tried my SGI sales rep, contacting NVidia, contact names on the
NVidia version of the above press release, and I got nothing.
