  Thanks for your reply Angus.

  I have specified a composite sync on pipe 0.
  I'm pretty sure the connections are ok, with
  the exception of possible the 13w3 to 13w3+2bnc,
  because I had gfxinfo reporting a genlock before
  the dramatic pipe crash. That was using green
  for a sync instead of h or v.

  I havn't been able to get a slot on the machine
  yet, to try teeing off from green onto the genlock
  on pipe 1.

  Do you think this is a valid thing to try ? Apart
  from this, I've tried everything that's been
  suggested, without success.
