  You can look at http://toolbox.sgi.com/toolbox/documents/HiEndGfx/genlockconn
.html for some information on genlocking Onyxs. (You'll need sgi developers
program access which is free)

  More details about the settings in ircombine can be found in the Ircombine
users guide, available at: http://techpubs.sgi.com/library/tpl/cgi-bin/browse.c
gi?coll=0650&db=bks&cmd=toc&pth=/SGI_Admin/Combiner_UG

  Vfc (Video Format Compiler) is a separate issue, and shouldn't be needed
when setting up genlock. It is only needed when you are creating your own
formats.
