Hi Performers.
I have a problem with genlocking
not working, on our 3 pipe IR2 ONYX2.
On the back, I have cables from....
Pipe 0 Channel 0 Vsync to pipe 1 genlock in
Pipe 1 genlock out to pipe 2 genlock in
Pipe 2 genlock out terminated.
Also,
Pipe 0 swap ready to pipe 1 swap ready (Tee piece)
connected to pipe2 swap ready.
In ircombine, I have set pipe 0 globals
set to internal sync source,
and pipes 1 and 2 set to external sync source
Sync format on all three pipes is 1280x1024_60.vfo
perfly -M1 reports....

We have had an SG engineer look at the back of the machine,
who couldn't see a problem - he was a hardware
guy, not a graphics expert.
The problem has persisted through IRIX versions 6.4 upto 6.5.6.
It happens with our in house performer app, and with
a third party piece of software.
Are the pipes connected correctly ? Is there some
software or ircombine thingy that I have to do ?
