Hi Robert,

You can edit the /var/X11/xdm/Xlogin file and force this.

There might be a better way, like through a config file,
but I can't find any.

Near the end of this file, you will find a line as follows:

  exec /usr/Cadmin/bin/clogin $1

change it to:

  if [ "$dpy" = 0 ]; then
    exec /usr/Cadmin/bin/clogin $1 -display :0.1
  else
    exec /usr/Cadmin/bin/clogin $1
  fi

You might not need the test, but anybody else who tries
this and has more than one Xserver will. For example,
the system I am using has three pipes, 0 and 1 are used by
one keyboard/Xserver and 2 is used by a second keyboard/Xserver.
