I wish I had better news to report but it hasn't been fixed yet. For
those who recall there's a texture corruption bug in the OpenGL
implementation on Octane systems (SCR 758216) that occurs under
certain [generally rare] conditions; a fix was made for 6.5.6 and
then pulled out after testing revealed that the fix itself caused
worse problems than the original bug.
We'll check into the current status & plan; but the bug itself is
still open.
