Each rack holds two cages, one top and one bottom, the design
requirements of the cage for graphics (KCAR) is radically different from
the i/o & CPU cage. It is this cage which must be placed in a spare slot
in the rack to support a graphics pipe (two infinite Reality pipes per
cage), the rack & other components remain the same.
AFAIK you have no graphics *rendering* capability with the XT-HD board,
it's for streaming digital HD video i/o. It's an awesome piece of
equipment but the wrong tool for the job in this case unless you simply
want to play back a pre-rendered sequence from a high bandwidth storage
device. Not really Performers bag.
Cheers,Angus.

-- For Performer+OpenGL tutorials http://www.dorbie.com/ My comment on the abuse of Jon Johanson's rights; After giving up raiding their neighboring countries the Norse men have taken to raiding 15 year old kids in their bedrooms. Very sad.
