From the start SGI have requested that no specific Linux setup/hardware questions
etc be
asked here they provided an address to send those to.
this list is not used really even used for SGI hardware related questions, they do
creep
in and are usually redirected to the SGI groups that deal with that.
Now SGI may provide a and SGI-Linux specific group.
I for one do not wish to see this list turn in to a hardware problem list
as with most PC relate stuff there tends to be a lot of conflicts.....
But SGI have ask us not to persue these avenues and this is THEIR list.....
Now as to Your Geforce and multipipe if it's an SGI solution then I'am sure
this list could help, but not for their competitors solutions. It's plain stupid
to support
your competitors solutions.
Iam sure other will have there opions as well, this is a free country apparently
;-)
