Multiple color look up tables.

On our one pipe systems, we use the GL color look up table to colorize our
greyscale data.
We now run multiple pipes, and need to have different look up tables on
different pipes.
The draw processes run in parallel, so we can't simply change the table
values.
How can we do this?

System info is Onyx 2 runnning a performer app.
