The best thing you can do is reduce your geometry to something more
manageable! 2.5 million poly's is a lot to draw at 30 or 60 hz.
:So what kind of frame rate are you getting and what rate are you trying to
achieve?
(I wouldn't expect much better then 2 to 4 fps!)
:Are you using LOD where possible?
:Is Culling turned on?
:Have you looked at the GFX Stats display in Performer to see what you are
actually
drawing?
