Hard to say -- RealityEngine error messages didn't tend to be
specific enough to target exact causes. In roughly 80% of the cases
of this error I came across it was caused by a faulty GE board.
Another 19% happened when an IRIX upgrade went awry, and the
remaining 1% were software bugs [mostly eventually fixed in IRIX].

[I don't recognize these particular error values dumped from the
 boards as anything 'known about' -- perhaps someone else will]

If you have a spare GE around to try swapping I'd suggest that.
Otherwise, this is a task for tech support..
