Control Panels?

Hi to all !

I have a little question I'm using Linux and seem to be unable to get
more then one control panel active.
I would like the two panels active at the same time
I've included my current code because well to be perfectly honest I
don't know where the problem lies!
The panels are initialized in the GUI.C file

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
