CSG & Performer on Linux

Hello,

Has anyone else tried to find source code to allow integration of CSG basd models

into a Performer app.

The code from the book "OpenGeometry" has been looking like a likely candidate
to canabalize for a while on Linux, but it is just not ready for prime time yet
until the
port is complete.

(Does anyone have it and/or the code from the CD-ROM? My local bookstore is way
back ordered...)
