Performers,
We'll be updating the Performer Photo Gallery over the next several
weeks (http://www.sgi.com/software/performer/gallery.html); I'd
welcome and would like to solicit contributions from the Performer
community at large. If you have screen snapshots of Performer-based
applications to share, we'd like to hear from you!
Past response to photo gallery updates has been heavy, so we'll be
choosing 10-15 of the best user-contributed images representative of
the markets that Performer serves. Any & all categories of
Performer-based applications are welcome -- IRIX-based or
Linux-based, visual simulation, virtual reality, games and LBE's,
high-altitude flight, ground sim, indoor walkthroughs, broadcast
video, ... the only requirement is that IRIS Performer be used to
render the image.
Please contact me directly (allan++at++sgi.com) with any submissions.
For my sanity please include the following information:
Image Title
4-10 word caption
Image Credits
Reference URL (optional)
25-75 word description including:
- General description of the image and/or application
- Specific platform used to render image
- Frame rate
[I'll reply offline with the legal mumbo-jumbo to give us permission
to use the image on our site.]
