pfUsers,
Let me apologize profusely for asking a non-performer question, but I'm not
sure who else would be better to ask. I've recently been asked to come up
with a PC desktop solution to our Octane and Onyx 2 that won't disappoint too
much. We're currently developing a simulator on the SGI platform using
Performer that we hope to be able to do similar things with on the PC. I'm
aware of the limitations in the PC version of Performer (for Linux). I'm
wondering what hardware configuration will be the least disappointing. This
needs to fit in about $5,000.00 Thanks for any insight anyone can provide.
