ok, so when i try to gdb my performer app i get:
GNU gdb 4.18

This GDB was configured as "i386-redhat-linux"...Segmentation fault (core
dumped)

this is before i even get to run the damn program!
i have compiled and run a pf program i wrote on this system allready... so
im a bit confused...
here is how im compiling:
-L/usr/lib -L/lib -L/usr/lib/libpfdb -lpfdu_ogl -lpfui -lpfuiD \
-lpfutil_ogl -lpf_ogl -L/usr/X11R6/lib -lGLU -lGL -lXext
-lXmu -lX11 -lm -ldl
with -O and -g too...
this seemed to work for a simple app.
hey... some advice... you should have a little document about compiling
under linux... it's really hard to figure out because of lack of ANY
documentation (i had to look through the icky demo makefiles).
