Jeff:

This is a huge patch to replace the 2.3.x e100 driver with the 3.0.x 
version in the 2.4 kernel. The patch includes (in addition to the 
driver source) updates to Documentation/networking/e100.txt, 
drivers/net/Config.in and Documentation/Configure.help. The driver is 
functionally the same as the one included in the 2.5 tree.
