Cleanup pcnet32 IRQ handling based on suggestions from Ralf Baechle
<ralf@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>, and Brian Murphy <brian@xxxxxxxxx>

Tested by myself and Brian Murphy.

Please also apply to 2.4.27-pre6.
