route-cache status?

Hello,

i've been following discussions a few weeks ago regarding developments of 
route cache, and am trying to develop conclusion of the current best code 
base.

From list, it seems that 2.4.20 is still better than 2.5.70+davem patches 
or 2.4.21. 

Am I correct? Are there any newer patches available?
