Here is an update for pktgen w. threaded design so far it's only tested
on x86 platforms so testers for other platforms are very welcome. Short
instructions and a script in pktgen.txt
Two gzipped files are included which are replacements for (kernel 2.5.X)

Includes old work from pg3, pg4 and work from Alexey, Ben, and collegue Jens

FYI. We used the precessor pg4 injecting 5 Gbit/s as background load for
tests GIGE switches... This should do better.
Bug fixes are more appreciated than feature updates yet...
