did this some time ago and so did Adam Richter (sp?)).

I considered this when I modularized things and opted not to as I
couldn't see any real benefit in doing so... ideally you need
ipv4_core.o (ipv4 + icmp), ipv4_tcp, ipv4_udp and such like.  However,
is this really use to anyone?
