Help regarding FIB

Hello
 I am new to linux code and trying to understand the implementation of IP 
within the kernel.
I am unable to understand the reason behind the following definition in the 
FIB organization (fib_table) -
  struct fn_zone *fn_zones[33] (why 33?)
Can someone please help me?
