Thank you for the valuable in formations. 

There is another software called vic  
http://www-mice.cs.ucl.ac.uk/multimedia/software/

which claims it has been tested over IPv6. However, it seems that they
tested it on a very old kernel version. 

I will be very grateful if I can be informed about the results of
OpenH323 evaluation.
