BTW: can you give me an update for the current values in my table and
perhaps extensions?

Currently:

Flow label support
 2.4.x: working
 2.2.x: unknown        
Flow label specific routing
 2.4.x: in progress
 2.2.x: unknown
Flow label support on application level
 2.4.x: working?
 2.2.x: working?

Anthing also missing?
