Kernel 2.4.4 crashes using IPv6

Hi,

has someone made same experiences?
Booted in runlevel 1 I load the IPv6 module, then
ifconfig eth0 up
ifconfig lo up
eth0 is configured link-local and global from remote radvd

Now I've running ping6 to link local address to the 2.4.4 host and 
suddenly after some seconds the kernel crashes in swapper task.
Reproducable.

2.4.3 seems to be ok.
