Hi Donald,

Owing to your previous responses & arguments
I accept my patches are a little S/390 specific unfortunately.

Would it aid their acceptance if I #ifdeffed the stuff
CONFIG_ZERO_COPY_READS.
This way I would be preventing the stack becoming bloatware.
