ip6 addr removal doesn't remove route

Hi all.

Using either ip or ifconfig, if you delete an ipv6 address you've assigned to 
an interface, the corrosponding route is not removed.  In fact, ifconfig 
refuses to remove it even manually!  ip however will remove the route manually 
but also fails to remove the route when you delete the address.

This was done with kernel 2.3.38, net-tools 1.53, and iproute2-991023
