Question: Old Irix tape backup. Recovery on Linux (xfsdump/xfsrestore)

I put that, but I suppose if I am trouble shooting thats not the best idea. That was all I was able to see. I just ran the command and moved all the out put to a file here is a complete paste of the entire verbosity out.

Nothing looks like its producing an error which is why I am so confused.
