xfs deadlock in stable kernel 3.0.4

So might it be that the problem at least in 3.1 lies in:
[] ? mark_held_locks+0xc9/0xef
[] ? _raw_spin_unlock_irqrestore+0x3f/0x47

and not in XFS?
