Yeah, it addresses the busy extent tracking bug you found.  I'm
still testing it myself, but I haven't found any issues yet.
Changelog is:

Changes for V7:
o fixed typos in comments in busy extent tracking changes.
o fixed potential null pointer deference when inserting busy extents
o cleaned up busy extent insert loop
