Yes, CONFIG_XFS_RT is disabled.
[wwg at desk linux-2.6.18.x86_64]$ grep CONFIG_XFS_RT .config
# CONFIG_XFS_RT is not set

And Ok I see. Also should we add the point to man page of mkfs.xfs?
