[xfs-masters] [Bug 105511] dinode corruption, xfs_repair does not fix it

apt-get was insisting this is the latest and greatest so I am assuming that
this may be because I am running Ubuntu 12.

I tried building the latest and greatest from git but ran into this. Searches
come up short on what package I am missing:

checking whether fls is declared... no
checking for library containing blkid_probe_all... no
checking for blkid_probe_get_topology... no

FATAL ERROR: could not find a valid BLKID header.
Install the Block device ID development package.
make: *** [include/builddefs] Error 1
