--- Comment #4 from Marius Tolzmann <tolzmann at molgen.mpg.de> 2010-03-25 13:30:40 ---

Hi there,

today we found the following messages on one of our servers running the
2.6.34-rc1 kernel:

Mar 18 16:54:17 bugblatterbeastoftraal kernel: Filesystem "sde": inode 0xb1e4b1
background reclaim flush failed with 11
Mar 18 18:23:46 bugblatterbeastoftraal kernel: Filesystem "sde": inode 0xb1e85f
background reclaim flush failed with 11
Mar 23 18:48:59 bugblatterbeastoftraal kernel: Filesystem "sde": inode 0x82cc59
background reclaim flush failed with 11

the server did not crash this time.

the problem was detected, because we have NFS Stale Filehandles on a nfs-client
when accessing this exported disk.

what information will be helpful?
