I did look into this with a modified version of xfstests 195 that sets
SGI_XFSDUMP_SKIP_FILE, then dumps, does a couple of things, dumps, syncs, dumps
and it always works fine.  Given that the nodump attribute is the prefered
solution for a while I'm not going to commit that testcase, but close this bug
anyway as it's really old, seems to work and the interface used is deprecated.
