[xfs-masters] bad reference to CONFIG_XFS_TRACE

  this xfs makefile appears to refer to a config variable that is not
defined anywhere:

./fs/xfs/Makefile:xfs-$(CONFIG_XFS_TRACE)		+= xfs_btree_trace.o \
./fs/xfs/Makefile:xfs-$(CONFIG_XFS_TRACE)		+= support/ktrace.o
