OUCH!

It seems a bit late, but running xfs_metadump before running repair would have 
been helpful. It could have been used to restore your filesystem before you ran 
repair and help me diagnose your problem which appears to be an xfs_repair bug.

Based on your kernel version and stack trace, you'll be running 32-bit 
xfs_repair?
