I have xfsqa 091 failing on ia64 with 64k pagesize only when using a test 
filesystem mkfs'ed with a blocksize of 4k and a sector size of either 512 or 1024.

The test passes with other combinations of blocksize and sector size that I put 
it through. ie: 16k blocksize and 512 sectorsize, 4k blocksize and 4k sector size.
