we have a raid 6 configured with a card hp p800. It is true that a disk failed,
but, this is transparent to the filesystem.

In fact, with the others disk, we can mount the filesystem in mode read-write.
But When the clients start to access by nfs to the filesystem, the filesystem
shut down showing this log

However, we can work perfectly exporting the filesystem by nfs only in read
mode, and by ssh, or by console, we can write to the filesystem without problems.

If we export by nfs the filesystem in write mode, the filesystem crash.
