If I try dumping a readonly mount with quotas, I get:

xfsdump: saving user quota information for: /mnt/test
xfsdump: ERROR: open failed /mnt/test/xfsdump_quotas: No such file or directory
xfsdump: ERROR: failed to save user quota information, continuing
xfsdump: saving group quota information for: /mnt/test
xfsdump: ERROR: open failed /mnt/test/xfsdump_quotas_group: No such file or
directory
xfsdump: ERROR: failed to save group quota information, continuing

but no segfault (as was seen in the fpaste)

A corefile+gdb backtrace would be nice, as would perhaps an strace -o trace -ff
of the xfsdump run.
