I know it's been a while since this bug was opened, but when running your
testcase on 2.6.28 + latests xfsdump it works for me.  From looking at
xfs_ioctl_setattr I can't see how it gets lost with the current codebase either.

To make sure it stays that way I've mangled your testcase into one suitable for
xfsqa so we can run it as part of the regular refression testing.
