Okay, the updated patch you sent worked fine.  I tested it on a
UHCI+EHCI VIA EPIA machine and on an older dell server that has UHCI
only.

Patch is included in the git tree now, and in the 2.6.31-rc2 patches
that are already on oss.sgi.com.
