patch for kdb 4.4 to fix compiling without CONFIG_SWAP

Hi Nicolas,

I turned off CONFIG_SWAP and tried. It built fine in my 2.6.23-rc3
tree and in the sles10sp1 (2.6.16.46) tree.

Did you see the same problem on si_swapinfo()? If you had compilation
problem in kdb_si_swapinfo(), you should have had the same problem
with si_swapinfo().
